The Rotary Club of Round Rock - Sunrise invites you to participate in our 3rd Annual Health Fair on Saturday, November 12th, 2005 as an exhibitor and/or sponsor. A small donation of only $500 will get you or your sponsored charity a huge audience and an opportunity to help the public.
Considering Wal-Mart’s traffic is estimated to be about 10,000 during these hours, this may be the best opportunity you’ll ever have to promote “Living Well” in Round Rock. Your 8′x8′covered space will be right in front of Wal-Mart, between the main doors. This is a rare opportunity.
In keeping with our host’s wishes we can only accept participants who will be screening for health issues, offering educational materials or free services. Exhibitors with something to sell may participate but will need to make appointments for later times because Wal-Mart doesn’t want sales transactions at this event.
There are plenty of ways to advertise your business as well as help our community. For instance, chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, fitness centers and many others can hand out brochures and introduce themselves and their services to the public.
If you are not a health related business perhaps you would sponsor a nonprofit like the American Heart Association, the American Diabetes Association, the Lance Armstrong Foundation or others that deal with public health. As a sponsor you will be able to put up signs and hand out literature with your nonprofit.
