Round Rock, Texas – September 6, 2007 – The Round Rock Volunteer Center is excited to announce the 2nd annual Family Volunteer Day to be held in Williamson County! The Kick-Off Event will take place at the Allen R. Baca Center located at 301 West Bagdad Bldg. 2 in Round Rock on Saturday, November 17th at 9:00am. Service projects will begin shortly thereafter and will greatly benefit several organizations in the vicinity of Bagdad Avenue and Brown Street. The event will come to a close with a picnic on the green - remember to bring a blanket and lunch - and families will be able to enjoy live music, interact with Disney characters, bounce on the moonwalk, and participate in activities and games.

Family volunteering is a fantastic way to spend quality time with loved ones while making a significant impact in your local community. We invite you to join us in an extraordinary experience on Saturday, November 17th and spend valuable time Working Together, Creating Memories, and Making a Difference!
